1) Diameter: 0.04 - 2.00mm
2) It is a new kind of magnet wire applying CCA as conductor, which combines the beneficial properties of the wonderful conductivity of copper and the light-weight of aluminum
3) CCAW is about one-third of the weight of copper wire of the same diameter. This is an extremely advantage for reducing the weight of the coil
4) CCAW has about 1.5 times the DC resistance of copper wire, because it is three times as light as copper wire, however, only one-half of the weight of copper wire is needed to handle, with the same current
5) Good soldering because the surface of the conductor of CCAW is clad with copper, there is no need for special soldering as is the case with aluminum wire. Soldering can be done in exactly the same way as with copper wire
6) Applications: special magnet wire applied in voice coils, CD-ROM coils, light magnet wire for mobiles and watches, magnet wire for moving coils of mini-motor, magnet wire for high frequency transformers, magnet wire for deflexion coils of display, magnet wire for degaussing coils of display and other magnet wire 
7) Suitable insulating film: UE/SFB/PE/SF.EI
8) Suitable self-bonding film: alcohol soluble resin, hot-air bonding enamel
